Return window

30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible for return

• Unused products in original packaging with all accessories and cables.
• Products that are defective, dead on arrival or not as described.

Not eligible

• Products with physical damage caused after delivery, such as drops, liquid damage or modification.
• Lanyards and straps that have been used, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Faulty products

If a product stops working within 30 days of delivery, email [email protected]. Our team will troubleshoot with you first; if the product is faulty we will replace it or refund you.

Compatibility returns

If an accessory is not compatible with your device, you can return it unused within 30 days. Please check the compatibility notes on the product page before buying.

How to return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and the issue.
• Follow the return instructions we send. Do not ship batteries without our instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
