Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

7–15 business days after dispatch for standard tracked shipping.

Battery products

Power banks contain lithium batteries and are shipped according to carrier regulations for batteries. Air restrictions in some regions mean these parcels may travel by slower routes. Power banks are shipped at a partial charge for safety.

Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Problems with delivery

• Damaged parcel or device: email photos to [email protected] within 7 days.
• No tracking updates for 10 business days: contact support and we will investigate, then resend or refund if the parcel is lost.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Orders of $79 USD or more ship free to addresses we currently deliver to. Orders under $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of $10 USD, shown at checkout before you pay. Free-shipping offers apply automatically when your order qualifies.

Warehouse and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangdong Province, China. Delivery times are measured from the date of dispatch.
