These Terms of Service apply to vopelix.com and to all purchases from Vopelix, operated by Shenzhen Sisique International Trading Co., Ltd..

Battery and electrical safety

• Do not puncture, crush, heat or expose power banks to water or fire.
• Do not charge power banks unattended for long periods or on soft surfaces such as beds.
• Stop using any product that becomes swollen, unusually hot or damaged.
• Keep magnetic accessories away from pacemakers, credit cards and other magnetically sensitive items.

Device compatibility

You are responsible for checking that an accessory is compatible with your device. We are not liable for damage caused by using an accessory with an incompatible device or charger.

Orders

Orders are confirmed once payment is accepted. We may cancel orders affected by stock or pricing errors and refund you.

Prices

Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

Trademarks

Device brand names mentioned on our site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Vopelix is not affiliated with those brands.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Some products offer an optional Subscribe & Save purchase. If you choose a subscription:

• Billing cycle: you are charged at the interval you select (for example every 30, 60 or 90 days) at the subscription price shown at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
• Price: each renewal is charged at the then-current subscription price for that product; promotional one-time prices do not automatically apply to renewals.
• How to cancel: email [email protected] with your order number and request cancellation, or use any self-service cancel link in your order confirmation / account email if provided. We process cancellation requests within 2 business days.
• When cancellation takes effect: if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the next renewal charge, that renewal will not be billed. Charges already processed for a cycle that has begun are handled under our refund policy.
• Refunds: unused prepaid subscription cycles may be refunded to your original payment method after we confirm cancellation; opened or shipped items follow the Refund / Return Policy.

Choosing one-time purchase (not checking Subscribe & Save) does not enrol you in auto-renewal.
